Who This Covers

This page covers DNK Fabrication, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Dylan Hinesly, located at 6417 County Road 7620, Lubbock, TX 79424. It applies to www.dnkfabrication.com and to text messages sent from our business phone system.

What We Collect On The Website

The only information this site collects is what you type into a contact form — on the home page, the Priority Response page, or the piece-inquiry form on The Collection page. Depending on the form, that's your name, email, phone number, project type, and message.

Those forms are handled by Formspree, a third-party form processor, which emails the submission straight to Dylan. We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't use cookies to track you. The site does load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch those font files when the page loads.

How We Use It

We use what you send us for one thing: to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. If your project moves forward, the same contact details get used for quoting, scheduling, and invoicing that job.

SMS Terms & Conditions

DNK Fabrication (a sole proprietorship owned by Dylan Hinesly, Lubbock, TX) sends text messages from (806) 404-0947 to customers and prospective customers who have given us their mobile number. These are one-to-one, conversational messages about the work you asked us about — they are not marketing blasts.

How You Give Consent

• You text us first. Texting (806) 404-0947 is consent to be texted back about your job.
• You check the SMS consent box on a form on this site — the contact form on the home page, the Priority Response form, or the piece-inquiry form on The Collection page — or you give your mobile number to Art, our website chat assistant, after the consent notice shown in the chat window.
• You give us your mobile number in person, on the phone, or by email when you request a quote or place an order, and ask us to text you about it.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can order from us and never receive a text.

What We Send

• Answers and follow-ups on a quote you requested
• Job status — started, on the machine, ready for pickup or delivery
• Scheduling and drop-off/pickup coordination
• Replies to a text you sent us

DNK Fabrication also sends internal operational alerts from this number to the owner's own phone.

What The Program Is Not

This is not a marketing or promotional program. Mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile number and no text message content is shared with any third party for marketing. Information is shared only with the vendors that carry the message for us (our messaging provider), and only to deliver it.

Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies with your job — typically a handful of messages while a quote or job is active, and none between jobs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt Out & Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; we will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at (806) 337-2087 or dylan@dnkfabrication.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
